It can be utilized for wide belt, edge, or portable belt sanding on both metal substrates and wood. Constructed with fast-cutting aluminum oxide abrasive grains that are resin-bonded to a robust X-weight cotton cloth backing, the belt ensures continuous cutting performance and longevity, crucial for aggressive dry sanding applications. The closed coat construction aids in achieving a consistent, fine finish for metal, enabling the production of a grain pattern. This belt is not suitable for wet use.
