The 3M™ Cloth Belt 370DZ measures 37 inches by 75 inches and features P150 grit aluminum oxide. This open coat product utilizes a premium grade aluminum oxide mineral and a cloth backing that is suitable for both rough sanding and final finishing, particularly on wide belt and edge sanding applications. The premium aluminum oxide provides improved cut and abrasive life, while the open coat construction and anti-static treatment reduce loading, enhancing the cut rate and maximizing abrasive life in woodworking tasks. The heavyweight cloth backing is designed for coarser grades on wide belt and edge sanding, and its washable backing is effective for sanding wood with high pitch or resin content, such as pine, which tends to cause belt loading. The resin bond withstands high heat and pressure, resulting in longer service life. This belt is specifically intended for wide belt sanding applications.
