The 3M™ Cloth Belt 361F measures 37" x 75" and features P100 grit aluminum oxide abrasive grains that provide durability and consistent performance for grinding, blending, deburring, and finishing on all metals, including stainless steel. It is designed with tough polyester backing, offering consistent results in medium-pressure applications. A heat-resistant resin coating bonds the abrasive to the backing, ensuring durability under pressure, heat, and exposure to water, making the belt suitable for both wet and dry applications. This construction is ideal for grinding sheets and coils, as well as centerless and backstand applications. The belt is particularly well-suited for stainless steel coil finishing, providing flexibility, durability, and heat resistance. Typical applications include coil polishing, plate grinding, plate polishing, sheet grinding, sheet polishing, and slab grinding.
