The 3M™ cloth belt 361F measures 37" x 75" and features P150 grit aluminum oxide abrasive grains, offering durability and consistent performance for grinding, blending, deburring, and finishing on all metals, including stainless steel. It is specifically designed for stainless steel coil finishing, providing flexibility, durability, and heat resistance. The belt utilizes durable aluminum oxide abrasive grains that cut fast and perform effectively on various surfaces, combined with a tough polyester backing that ensures consistent results in medium-pressure applications. A heat-resistant resin coating bonds the abrasive to the backing, enhancing durability under pressure, heat, and water exposure. This construction is ideal for grinding sheets and coils as well as for centerless and backstand applications, and the belt is suitable for both wet and dry use. Typical applications include coil polishing, plate grinding, plate polishing, sheet grinding, sheet polishing, and slab grinding.
