The 3M™ cloth belt 370DZ measures 37" x 60" and features P150 grit aluminum oxide as its abrasive mineral. It is an open coat product with a premium grade aluminum oxide mineral and a cloth backing, making it suitable for both rough sanding and final finishing in wide belt and edge sanding applications. The premium aluminum oxide enhances cut performance and abrasive life. Its open coat construction combined with anti-static treatment reduces loading for improved cut-rate and optimal abrasive life, especially in woodworking applications. The heavyweight cloth backing is designed for coarser grades, ideal for wide belt and edge sanding, while the washable backing enables effective sanding of resin-rich woods such as pine, which typically cause belt loading. The resin bond withstands high heat and pressure, providing a longer service life. This product is specifically intended for wide belt sanding applications.
