3M™ Cloth Belt 370DZ 36" x 75" P100 Grit Aluminum Oxide is an open coat abrasive product featuring a premium grade aluminum oxide mineral and a heavyweight cloth backing, designed for both rough sanding and final finishing on wide belt and edge sanding applications. The premium aluminum oxide mineral improves cutting efficiency and extends abrasive life, while the open coat construction combined with anti-static treatment reduces loading to maintain a high cut-rate and optimal abrasive life, particularly in woodworking. The heavyweight cloth backing is especially suitable for coarser grit belts used on wide belt and edge sanders, and its washable feature makes it effective for sanding resin- or pitch-rich woods such as pine, which typically cause loading. The resin bond construction withstands high heat and pressure, providing longer service life. The belt measures 36 inches by 75 inches and uses P100 grit for medium-coarse applications, with primary use in wide belt sanding environments.
