The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 1-1/8" x 21" and features A45 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It employs proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles form tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral coated on an X weight cloth backing. As the pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continuously exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. This belt is designed for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing across various industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
