The 3M™ paper belt 364UZ measures 52" x 75" with P150 grit aluminum oxide mineral. It features an open coat construction on a heavy F-weight paper backing, which provides loading resistance, smooth operation, and durability, achieving finer finishes than cloth-backed belts of the same grade. The open coat structure resists loading better, especially on soft wood, and incorporates 3M dust management technology to reduce static cling and facilitate dust evacuation when used with an efficient dust collection system. The belt ends are joined with a sine wave splice that enhances belt strength, resists hinging and splice fatigue, travels smoothly over contact wheels and platens, minimizes chatter marks, and allows consistent finishing in either direction. The premium aluminum oxide abrasive is tough, durable, and self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, offering high cut-rate, hardness, strength, and low heat retention. It is suitable for sanding and finishing a variety of substrates in woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys. The package includes one 52" x 75" P150 grit aluminum oxide paper belt.
