The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA is a 1" x 11" belt featuring aluminum oxide A16 grit abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and coated on an X weight cloth backing. This design ensures that as the abrasive pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is consistently exposed, delivering a reliable cut and a predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing across industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
