The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 1" x 11" and features aluminum oxide abrasive with A6 grit. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, providing a consistent cut and predictable, fine finish. This cloth belt is designed for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing. It is suitable for industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
