The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 1" x 11" and features aluminum oxide abrasive with A65 grit. It employs proprietary micro replication technology in which micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids and coated onto an X weight cloth backing. As these abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh sharp mineral is continually exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. This belt is designed for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing across various industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
