The 3M™ Trisect™ Cloth Belt 237AA 2" x 60" A100 grit aluminum oxide utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, forming micron-graded aluminum oxide particles into tiny abrasive pyramids coated on an X weight cloth backing. This design allows the pyramids to wear in a way that continually exposes fresh, sharp mineral, providing a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It serves industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
