The 3M™ Cubitron™ LL Belt 947A measures 1" x 42" and features a ceramic 120 grit precision-shaped abrasive grain coated on an X-weight poly-cotton backing, resin bonded for heat resistance. It is recommended for dry use and delivers outstanding performance in applications ranging from high-pressure automated grinding to low and medium pressure offhand operations on equipment such as backstands, file belt sanders, inline sanders, and stroke sanders. The belt is suitable for descaling, finishing, intermediate finishing, light grinding, mill scale removal, radiusing, right angle grinding, metal shaping, and is applicable in metalworking sectors including builders hardware, metal fabrication, metal implants, and plumbing fixtures.
