The 3M™ Trisect™ Belt 953FA measures 4 inches by 118 inches and features A100 grit ceramic grain made with 3M™ proprietary technology for fast, aggressive cutting action. It is constructed on an IF-weight cloth backing that offers durability and additional flexibility. This belt is specifically designed for dimensioning and blending in wet centerless or flat grinding applications and is suitable for use on ferrous, stainless steel, and nonferrous workpieces. Common applications include centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, and grinding in industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
