The 3M™ Cubitron™ LL Belt 947A measures 1/2" x 24" and features a ceramic 60 grit precision-shaped abrasive grain coated on an X-weight poly-cotton backing. It is resin bonded for heat resistance and recommended for dry use. The belt delivers outstanding performance on a range of applications from high-pressure automated grinding to low and medium pressure offhand operations, compatible with equipment such as backstands, file belt sanders, inline sanders, and stroke sanders. It is suitable for descaling, finishing, intermediate finishing, light grinding, mill scale removal, radiusing, right angle grinding, shaping, and metalworking tasks in industries including builders hardware, metal fabrication, metal implants, and plumbing fixtures.
