The 3M™ Cubitron™ LL belt 947A measures 2" x 132" and features a ceramic 120 grit precision-shaped abrasive grain coated on an X-weight poly-cotton backing, bonded with resin for heat resistance. It is recommended for dry use and is suitable for applications ranging from high-pressure automated grinding to low and medium pressure offhand operations, compatible with equipment such as backstands, file belt sanders, inline sanders, and stroke sanders. The belt is ideal for descaling, finishing, intermediate finishing, light grinding, mill scale removal, radiusing, right angle grinding, shaping metal, and is used in industries including builders hardware, metal fabrication, metal implants, and plumbing fixtures.
