The 3M™ Trisect™ Cloth Belt 237AA measures 1/2" x 18" and features aluminum oxide A100 grit Fullflex scalloped construction. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and coated on an x weight cloth backing. As these abrasive pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed to produce a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. This belt is designed for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing, and is suitable for industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
