The 3M™ TriSect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 3" x 10-11/16" and features A100 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are shaped into tiny pyramids and coated onto an X weight cloth backing. As the pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. The belt is designed for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing. It serves industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
