The 3M™ Trisect™ Cloth Belt 237AA measures 1/2" x 18" and features aluminum oxide abrasive with A160 grit. It employs proprietary micro replication technology where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids that are coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these pyramids wear, fresh sharp mineral is continually exposed, providing a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. This belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing across industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
