It utilizes proprietary microreplication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral, coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. This cloth belt is designed for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing in metal fabrication industries.
