The 3M™ Cubitron™ LL belt 947A measures 2" x 60" and features ceramic 80 grit precision shaped abrasive grain coated on a x-weight, poly-cotton backing, bonded with resin for heat resistance. It is recommended for dry use and delivers outstanding results in applications ranging from high-pressure automated grinding to low and medium pressure offhand operations on equipment such as backstands, file belt sanders, inline sanders, and stroke sanders. The belt is suitable for descaling, finishing, intermediate finishing, light grinding, mill scale removal, radiusing, right angle grinding, shaping metalworking, and applications in builders hardware, metal fabrication, metal implants, and plumbing fixtures industries.
