The 3M™ Cubitron™ LL belt 947A measures 2" x 72" and features a 120 grit ceramic abrasive with precision shaped grain coated on an X-weight poly-cotton backing. It is resin bonded for heat resistance and is recommended for dry use. The belt delivers outstanding results in applications ranging from high-pressure automated grinding to low and medium pressure offhand operations, compatible with equipment including backstands, file belt sanders, inline sanders, and stroke sanders. It is suitable for descaling, finishing, intermediate finishing, light grinding, mill scale removal, radiusing, right angle grinding, shaping in metalworking, and is used in industries such as builders hardware, metal fabrication, metal implants, and plumbing fixtures.
