The 3M™ Cubitron™ LL Belt 947A measures 3" x 132" and features an 80 grit ceramic precision-shaped abrasive grain coated on an X-weight poly-cotton backing. It is resin bonded for heat resistance and is recommended for dry use. This belt delivers outstanding results across a variety of applications including high-pressure automated grinding, as well as low and medium pressure offhand operations on equipment such as backstands, file belt sanders, inline sanders, and stroke sanders. It is suitable for descaling, finishing, intermediate finishing, light grinding, mill scale removal, radiusing, right angle grinding, shaping metalworking, and is used in industries such as builders hardware, metal fabrication, metal implants, and plumbing fixtures.
