The 3M™ Trisect™ belt 953FA measures 9" x 60" and features a proprietary ceramic grain for fast, aggressive cutting action. It is constructed on an IF-weight cloth backing that provides durability along with additional flexibility. This belt is suitable for dimensioning and blending in wet centerless or flat grinding applications on ferrous, stainless steel, and nonferrous workpieces. It is commonly used in processes such as centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, and grinding.
