The 3M™ Trizact™ cloth belt 217EA measures 3-1/2" x 15-1/2" and features A100 grit aluminum oxide abrasive particles. It utilizes proprietary microreplication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and coated on a J Weight rayon backing. As the pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, providing a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. This belt is designed for applications involving coated and bonded materials and is suitable for use in manufacturing industries.
