The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 2-1/2" x 72" and features A65 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology that forms micron-graded aluminum oxide particles into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continuously exposed, providing a consistent cut and predictable, fine finish. This belt is suitable for applications such as blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It is used in industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines. The product includes a warranty term as specified by 3M.
