It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids and coated on a rayon backing, ensuring that as the abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh sharp mineral is continually exposed for a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. This belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing across industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
