The 3M™ Trisect™ Cloth Belt 307EA measures 1-1/2" x 18-15/16" and features aluminum oxide A30 grit abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids and coated on a rayon backing. This design ensures that as the abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh sharp mineral is continually exposed, providing a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing, and is used across industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
