The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 1-1/2" x 18-15/16" and features aluminum oxide A45 grit. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral, which are coated on a rayon backing. As the abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continuously exposed to ensure a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. This belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing, and is used across various industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
