The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 4" x 90" and features A6 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology in which micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and coated on a rayon backing. This design ensures that as the abrasive pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, resulting in a consistent cut and predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing. It serves various industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
