It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids on a rayon backing, allowing fresh, sharp mineral exposure as the belt wears for consistent cutting and a fine finish. The belt is designed for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing, and is suitable for industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
