The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ surface conditioning film-backed belt measures 25" x 60" and features VFN grit aluminum oxide abrasive. This non-woven belt is designed for cleaning, finishing, blending, and deburring applications. It has a smooth, tough, stretch-resistant nylon film backing that performs well with platens or when reduced friction is necessary. The reinforced backing provides good flexibility and reduces friction, while the combination of non-woven material and abrasive grain effectively adds a fine finish or removes burrs without gouging or undercutting the workpiece.
