The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 1-1/4" x 132" and features A65 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are shaped into tiny pyramids and coated on a rayon backing. This design ensures that as the abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral particles are continually exposed, resulting in a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing, and is used in industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
