The 3M™ Trisect™ Cloth Belt 237AA measures 6" x 168" and features A30 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology in which micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids and coated on an X weight cloth backing. As the abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh mineral is continuously exposed, providing a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. This belt is designed for applications such as blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It serves industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
