The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 6" x 168" with A45 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology in which micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids and coated on an X weight cloth backing, allowing fresh, sharp mineral to be continually exposed as the pyramids wear for a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. This belt is designed for applications including blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It is suitable for industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
