The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ surface conditioning film backed belt measures 37" x 60" and features VFN grit aluminum oxide abrasive. This non-woven belt is designed for cleaning, finishing, blending, and deburring applications. It has a smooth, tough, stretch-resistant nylon film backing that performs well with platens or in situations where reduced friction is required. The reinforced backing provides good flexibility and helps reduce friction, while the combination of non-woven material and abrasive grain ensures an ideal finish by removing burrs without gouging or undercutting the workpiece. The belt is suitable for surface conditioning in manufacturing industries and is engineered to deliver consistent, high-quality finishes.
