The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 1-7/8" x 76" and features A30 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. This belt utilizes proprietary micro replication technology where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral applied on a rayon backing. As the abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh sharp mineral is continually exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. It is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing across industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
