The 3M™ Trisect™ Cloth Belt 307EA measures 2 inches by 118 inches and features A30 grit aluminum oxide. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral and coated on a rayon backing. As these pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed to provide a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing across various industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
