The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 4" x 90" and features A30 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, forming micron-graded aluminum oxide particles into tiny pyramids coated onto an X weight cloth backing. As these abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh sharp mineral is continuously exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. This belt is suitable for applications including blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It serves industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
