The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 2" x 72" and features an A45 grit aluminum oxide abrasive with a resin structure designed to break down under medium pressure, maintaining fresh, sharp mineral cutting for consistent finishes on hard metals such as carbon and stainless steel. The belt includes a grinding aid that prevents heat buildup, warping, and discoloration. It is built on a durable cloth backing that offers control, conformability, and effective medium-pressure grinding, while the resin-bonded abrasive provides greater heat resistance and reduces delaminating. The belt is joined by a film media splice, a thin, strong bond that minimizes chatter marks and ensures smooth running and consistent finishing. 3M™ Trisect™ abrasives deliver a finer finish, faster results, and longer belt life compared to conventional products, lasting up to five times longer, with precise finish control that reduces grade sequences and process steps.
