The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 2" x 72" and features A30 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary Micro Replication technology, which forms micron-graded aluminum oxide particles into tiny pyramids coated on a rayon backing. This design ensures that as the pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, providing a consistent cut and predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing and is used across industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
