The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 4" x 90" and features A65 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids on an X weight cloth backing. These abrasive pyramids expose fresh, sharp mineral as they wear, ensuring a consistent cut and predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, centerless and cylindrical grinding, finishing, flat finishing, refining, and stroke sanding. It serves industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
