The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 3/8" x 24" and features A100 grit aluminum oxide abrasive formed using proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are shaped into tiny pyramids and coated on an X weight cloth backing. This design allows the abrasive pyramids to wear down continuously, exposing fresh sharp mineral for a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing in industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
