It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are shaped into tiny pyramids and coated on a rayon backing. This design ensures that as the abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh sharp mineral is exposed, providing a consistent cut and predictable fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing, and is used across industries including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
