The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 2 inches by 132 inches and features A30 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral coated on a rayon backing. As the pyramids wear down, fresh sharp mineral is continually exposed, providing a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. This cloth belt is suitable for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing across industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
