The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 237AA measures 1" x 18-15/16" and features aluminum oxide abrasive with A80 grit. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids and coated on an X weight cloth backing. As these abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. This belt is suitable for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing across industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
