It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids coated on a rayon backing. As these abrasive pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continuously exposed, ensuring a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications such as blending, finishing, and polishing across various industries, including builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
