The 3M™ TriSect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 4 inches by 118 inches and features A6 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral coated on a rayon backing. This design ensures that as the pyramids wear down, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed, providing a consistent cut and predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing across industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
