The 3M™ Trisect™ cloth belt 307EA measures 4" x 118" and features A80 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes proprietary micro replication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral coated on a rayon backing. As these abrasive pyramids wear, fresh sharp mineral is continually exposed to maintain a consistent cut and deliver a predictable, fine finish. The belt is suitable for applications including blending, finishing, and polishing across industries such as builders hardware, medical instruments, metal fabrication, metal implants, plating and polishing, plumbing fixtures, and turbine engines.
