The 3M™ Trisect™ Cloth Belt 407EA measures 3" x 132" and features A20 grit silicon carbide designed for low to medium pressure applications. It utilizes a flexible JE-weight backing that allows the abrasive to conform to surface contours and respond to imperfections, providing a superior finish. The abrasive includes a grinding aid that helps it run cool, reducing the risk of discoloring or warping the substrate due to heat. Available in a range of grades from A110 to A20, it incorporates 3M's patented Micro Replication technology, where small three-dimensional pyramid structures containing layers of mineral break down with use to continually expose fresh mineral for sustained sharpness. This consistent cutting action reduces the need to swap out abrasives, enhancing throughput and productivity.
